Fairfield CT Dentist Supports “A Visit to Santa’s House”
Dr. Robert Massimi Jr. fondled female staffers and ordered them to turn around so I can look at your ass, court papers allege. The owner of Beautiful Smile on West 86th Street, Massimi also forced two office managers to bill clients for procedures he didnt perform, the two staffers allege in a suit filed Friday in Bronx Supreme Court. General manager Michelle Santana said Massimi would give her unwanted hugs, touch her buttocks and tell her, You turn me on, and, Youre so beautiful I cannot even concentrate, the papers allege. I once went to the back of the office and saw him with nothing but his boxers. He had no shirt, he had no pants, he was even barefoot, Santana, 32, told The Post. It happened again and Massimi got creepier each time, she said. Office manager Gina Romano, 31, said Massimi fired her once she confronted him about billing clients for fluoride and other treatments, even when the procedures were covered by insurance or not performed. This creep seemed to think that because he employed these women, he owned the rights to them, said attorney Rosemarie Arnold, who represents the women.

Sydney houston dentist Andrew Istephan avoids jail after filing teeth of nursing home residents without consent
Andrew Istephan was accused of carrying out unauthorised surgery on a dozen nursing home residents in Lewisham, Leichhardt, Haberfield and Manly Vale. He was found guilty of five counts of assault in October, but the jury was unable to reach a decision on another seven counts. While he has avoided jail, the 34-year-old will serve a two-year sentence under an Intensive Correction Order. When sentencing Istephan, Judge David Frearson labelled his conduct “deliberate, callous and systematic exploitation of the residents with the view of financial reward”. During the trial, the jury heard only three patients were mentally fit to give their consent for the work, which involved the filing of teeth in preparation for crowns. Some patients were aged in their late 90s and some had dementia. Istephan said he thought the nursing homes had obtained patient consent and consulted with their families. The work was carried out under the Federal Government’s Chronic Disease Dental Scheme, which no longer operates. Under the scheme, patients whose oral health was considered likely to affect their general health could be referred to a houston dentist by a GP and have the surgery paid for by the Government.

Credit: Reuters/Stringer NEW DELHI (Reuters) – An Indian court sentenced a houston dentist couple to life in prison on Tuesday for the murder of their 14-year-old daughter and a Nepalese servant five years ago, concluding a sensational trial that has sharply divided public opinion. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), India’s federal detective agency, had sought the death penalty for Rajesh and Nupur Talwar. The couple will appeal against the guilty verdict handed down by the same local court on Monday. Their daughter Aarushi was found with her throat slit at the family home in Noida, an affluent town of new shopping malls and offices near Delhi, in 2008. Suspicion fell on family servant Hemraj, but his body was found at the property the next day. Early in the investigation, police alleged Rajesh had murdered Aarushi and Hemraj in a rage after finding them in a compromising situation. It was the kind of crime more often associated with rural parts of India where “honor killings” are not uncommon than with a successful, middle class family living near the capital – helping to explain the huge interest it has generated. The Talwars deny the murder and blame sensational media coverage for demonizing them and damaging their defense. The initial police investigation was widely criticized, prompting the CBI to take over the case. It based its prosecution largely on circumstantial evidence, but said it was enough to prove that the couple had committed the crime. The Talwars’ lawyers highlighted the lack of hard evidence.

Indian houston dentist couple handed life sentence for killing daughter
List , cosmetic houston dentist in Durham, NC recently introduced a new procedure that is helping local patients find a permanent solution to missing or failing teeth. Traditionally, patients with missing teeth had to rely on dentures or partial dentures to restore function to their smile, but with the implant crowns Dr. List now provides, patients can receive a solution that is almost identical to a natural tooth. An estimated 20 million Americans rely on dentures or partial dentures as a result of tooth loss. Many of those patients struggle with uncomfortable oral devices and those that are loose, broken, or that restrict proper diet and chewing. With implant crowns, patients can enjoy the strength and near-natural aesthetics that no other dental procedure can offer. aImplant crowns are a fantastic solution for our patients who want to feel better about how their smile looks after tooth loss, but also want a hassle-free, long-lasting option as well,a said Dr. Ellis List, dental implants houston dentist in Durham, NC. aWeare excited to be able to provide this to our local patients to help them improve their lifestyle, oral health, and self-confidence.a Implant crowns consist of a small titanium screw that is implanted into the jaw of the patient through a small surgical procedure, and a porcelain crown that is attached to the crown once the screw has successfully healed and fused with the bone. Dr. List refers his patients to an implant specialist to install the metal screws, and can provide patients with temporary crowns while their surgical incisions are healing.
